When we deprive skin of sleep, proper nutrition and hydration, we deplete its natural oxygen levels which leads to dull, tired-looking skin. Conversely, increased oxygen levels instantly energize and wake up the skin. |

I have normal skin... oily clogged nose and chin, sometimes dry on the cheeks but basically clear and smooth. However, no matter what I do or how much sleep I get, everyone always tells me I look tired. Any suggestions?
I would suggest oxygenating treatments-- both in spa, and moisturizers. Often, individuals whose skin doesn't glow or radiate enough energy have less than adequate circulation, and therefore the oxygen that should be feeding the cells from the bloodstream simply isn't getting there. If you smoke, QUIT and if you don't exercise, start! Smoking can cut circulation and oxygen delivery, and cause a lack of oxygen in general. Exercise stimulates bloodflow, which increases oxygen delivery, which in turn stimulates the metabolism of the skin. So, head out to your nearest Bliss (or other great skincare place), get an oxygen facial, and get an oxygenating product (try Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask). Let us know if it gives you glow!
