If you can see where you're going outside, you need sunscreen. Layer over moisturizer and under make up for the best protection against future damage.

I'm confused. I see sunscreens with SPF 15, 30, 50, 60 and up. It seems reasonable that more coverage would be better coverage. Am I being an anti-UV alarmist?

An excellent question. Choosing correct SPF coverage can be confusing. Regulating authorities are even proposing a ban on products claiming coverage over SPF 50 (I mean really, how long can someone actually stay in the sun without just shriveling up?) For weekday use (when your face is mostly under office flourescents), I'd recommend an SPF 10-15. For more outdoorsy days, an SPF 30 (Bliss SUNBAN LOTION SPF 30). If you're on due course toward the equator, stock up the 60. Good luck and bliss on!
