Hot salt scrub is awesome! The sea salt base is great on thick, winter skin and helps to eliminate toxins. I recommend taking warm baths twice per week to reap the aromatherapeutic benefits of the rosemary and eucalyptus. In addition, sea salt has cellulite-fighting properties.

I am a huge fan of your Bliss Super Slough Scrub. Now I am being tempted by Hot Salt Scrub. How much is too much? And if I am sloughing with SSS, do I really need HSS? Please advise, as my husband dearly loves my soft skin...

You can never be too soft, too silky or too smooth! I, too, am a devotee of Bliss Super Slough Scrub and have added Bliss Hot Salt Scrub into my routine. Here is what I recommend: Daily: Bliss Super Slough Scrub; once a week Bliss Hot Salt Scrub; every other week: Bliss Lemon + Sage Body Scrub (this is of course, optional if you want to go Bliss crazy!). If your skin looks sluggish or clogged (back of the arm, chest or back bumps and the like), use Bliss Steep Clean Body Polish instead of alternating with Lemon+Sage Body Scrub. Scrub on, Smoothie!
