We hope you love everything you order from Bliss. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened colour cosmetics or fragrances, apparel that has been opened or worn (clothing, undergarments, shoes, etc.), opened or used electronic devices (Nuface, Baby Q, etc.) Bliss Outlet merchandise, or any skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (Studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).
Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to Bliss within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds.
Take the following steps below to return goods to us:
Step 1:
Before returning items please speak to us first for further advice (some products just aren't an overnight remedy - no matter how much we desire) and to obtain a returns authorization number (RAN). We like to make sure we take care of every package personally and understand why you have returned an item to us.

Step 2:
On receiving your RAN please write the number on the enclosed packing note and return it along with your order. Please remember that in order for your return to be processed you must ensure that the packing note (with the RAN stated) is included in the returned package and that the goods are securely wrapped.
Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend Recorded Delivery for the UK or FedEx for International items.) Please retain your postage receipt as proof of posting. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable on returns, unless your order is incomplete, incorrect or includes defective items.

Step 3:
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt in accordance with our policy. We will process your return as soon as possible and we will notify you by post once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for your return to be processed. In such circumstances where we reasonably believe items have been used, worn or in the case of any skincare products; more than 20% consumed we will return the items to you without issuing a refund.
All refunds are credited to the original pay method. We regret that we are unable to provide cash refunds.
In addition to our returns policy you have legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods providing you notify us in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Our policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For items purchased at any Bliss Spa, returns are accepted within 30 days (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail purchases.
Bliss gift cards are issued by Bliss World Card Company. Cards are only valid in the country in which they were purchased. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. Unless the remaining balance is £10 or less, gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. Bliss gift cards do not expire. Bliss gift cards are honored for GBP value only.
